- 128g Mochi Dough
- 200g Redbean
- 100g Water
Direction
- Prepare Mochi dough by cutting in pieces.
- Preheat the food jar by pouring boiled water.
- Boil water with medium fire. Then fill redbean and water into the pot. Mix and wait until boiled.
- Fill the Mochi dough into the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove.
- Drain hot water from the food jar. Fill the boiled Dango Readbean into the food jar.
- Leave it for 2 hours, and enjoy !
