  • 128g Mochi Dough
  • 200g Redbean
  • 100g Water

Direction

  1. Prepare Mochi dough by cutting in pieces.
  2. Preheat the food jar by pouring boiled water.
  3. Boil water with medium fire. Then fill redbean and water into the pot. Mix and wait until boiled.
  4. Fill the Mochi dough into the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove.
  5. Drain hot water from the food jar. Fill the boiled Dango Readbean into the food jar.
  6. Leave it for 2 hours, and enjoy !
