Chicken Potato Stew

Ingredient

Chicken Potato Stew
  • 120 Gram leg chicken meat, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 100 Gram potato, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 80 Gram onion, chopped lenghtwise
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Chicken stock

Direction

  1. Bring chicken stock to boil. Place chicken meat and potato into the pan after chicken stock boiled.
  2. Add soy sauce for seasoning.
  3. Bring onion and boil again.
  4. Fill with prepared soup from step #3 up until 1 cm below the ridge and close lid.
  5. Allow soup to set for a minimum of 1 hour.
  6. Open the lid and stir.
  7. Enjoy!
