Bring all cereal to boil (except goji berry and white jelly fungus), boil over medium
heat, put goji berry and white jelly fungus and keep boiled for 15 minutes.
Place all cereal into the food jar.
Close lid for 2 hours. Discard only hot water from the food jar.
Soak dried longan in 350 ml of water for 30 minutes.
Place water and longan into the pan, add brown sugar and salt.
Boil 5# for 5 minutes, turn off the stove and leave it for room temperature.
