Zojirushi's Bottle's Concept "Light and Compact"

ANYWHERE ANYTIME

One of Zojirushi determinations is... we wish to see our customer enjoy using our bottle daily wherever.

With accumulated experience, our engineers developed 1 mm. of the vacuum insulation layer, and the inner layer of stainless steel is rolled as thin as possible with hi-end technology.

As a result, Zojirushi bottle not only is outstanding in heat retention and taste preservation, but also durable and light weight with easy-carry structure as well.

Heat flows from warmer to cooler places

With double wall technology and vacuum condition created by removing the air, Heat will not flow through these 2 layers, resulting in temperature retention.

Heat also radiates as well.

Heat radiates through the air and even vacuum condition,so the inside layer has to be wrapped with copper or aluminium foils to reflect heat radiation, like a mirror.

Drop Test

Imitates dropping situation with appropriately designated height for hundreds of times to monitor the product durability and temperature retention efficiency.

Cap Opening and Closing Test

Simulates opening and closing of bottle's cap with average frequency of daily opening and closing more than 20,000 times.

Solar Cell & Solar Farm for the Factory's Clean Energy

6 megawatt of the factory's clean energy comes from its rooftop solar cell and its backside solar farm.

The Project of "Say NO to dangerous and non environmental-friendly chemical used in the factory"

Reducing and stopping chemical usage for production will save our world as well as our factory members. Union Zojirushi launched the project and set chemical curtailment as its annual target by using new and safe technology. For instance, as a replacement of solvent-based paint, powder paint is the factory's new policy for less environmental effect.
